Dear IDPF Members,
The voting period for IDPF Board of Directors is now open and
will close Monday November 24th
at
2400 EST.
Election results will be posted on November 25th along with a summary
total of votes.
There is one open Board of Director position and twelve candidates.
A list of candidates and their nomination statements is as

The vote will be a Remote Vote (via email).
Each IDPF Member company or organization in good standing can cast
one
FOR vote for the candidate they wish to fill the open Board position.
Please send your company/organization vote to
Michael Smith or
msmith@idpf.org (not to the IDPF Members List) with your organization's name
in the subject line and your vote in the body of the email.
Example:
Candidate “X” FOR
You can not vote for the same candidate more than once. If you do not wish to
vote for any candidates for the Board, please return your vote with a notice of
"ABSTAIN" in order to reach a quorum for voting.
Please note that votes made by members in good standing only will be considered
valid and counted. Members in good standing are up-to-date on member dues. If
your company or organization is not current on member dues, please contact the
IDPF prior to casting your vote.
